Who This Is For?
I am experienced working with professionals who are:

-
In finance, law, technology, creative or corporate leadership
-
Managing high levels of responsibility
-
Experiencing burnout or chronic stress
-
Navigating midlife or identity transitions
-
Facing relationship pressure alongside career demands
-
Successful externally, but unsettled internally
You do not need to be in crisis. Often it begins with a sense that something is off — despite everything looking fine from the outside.

Common Areas We Explore
What brings people to therapy?
-
Work stress and burnout
-
Anxiety linked to performance and expectations
-
Imposter feelings despite achievement
-
Career reassessment or midlife questions
-
Relationship strain
-
Loss of direction or meaning
-
Emotional fatigue
Therapy is not about quick fixes. It is about understanding patterns, pressure and internal conflicts — so change becomes conscious and sustainable rather than reactive.

A Thoughtful, Grounded Approach
I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist with a background in international business consulting. Having worked in high-performance environments myself, I understand the pressures of responsibility and expectation.
Therapy provides a confidential space to think clearly — beyond productivity, targets or external success.

My work is:

• Confidential and discreet
• Thoughtful, engaged and non-judgmental
• Steady, with space to think clearly
Many professionals are used to solving problems quickly. Therapy is different. It creates room for deeper clarity — not just productivity.
